Healthy lifestyle guide
Everyday habits that support men's health
Supplements only make sense on top of a routine that already works. This guide covers the four things our Surabaya team gets asked about most: food, water, movement and rest. It is written for adult men in Indonesia with normal working lives, and it is general information rather than medical advice.

The four pillars
Food, water, movement, rest — in that order
Nobody buys a stronger foundation. Food, water, movement and rest carry the day; healthy lifestyle products only patch what those four leave open. The order below is the order we hear them discussed in, not a ranking.
Everything on this page is general information for adult men with ordinary working lives. It is not medical advice, and anything you take for a diagnosed condition belongs with your doctor.

Get two of these steady before you reach for a shelf. Most men who tell us nothing was working are missing two of the four, not a product.
Food first
Indonesian food already does most of the job
You do not need imported ingredients to eat well. Tempeh, tofu, eggs, fish, leafy greens and fruit cover most of what a daily vitamin and mineral formula is trying to supplement. The realistic target is consistency: protein at each main meal and vegetables at two of them. Supplements then fill specific gaps rather than carrying the whole job.
This matters in a warung town. A plate of rice, tempeh, egg and a side of greens is cheap, familiar, and closer to a balanced meal than most imported breakfast powders. If your week is built on that, the conversation about vitamins and minerals for men starts from a good place.
Protein without overthinking it is a palm-sized portion at each main meal: eggs at breakfast, tempeh or chicken at lunch, fish at dinner. Men who train or do physical work can go a little higher. You do not need powders for this; they are convenient, not necessary.
A plate that covers a lot
What that plate gives you
- Protein spread across the day, not saved for dinner
- Iron and B vitamins from eggs, fish and greens
- Fibre from vegetables and fruit at two meals
- Calcium from tofu and small fish eaten with bones
Water in a tropical climate
The cheapest change on this page
Heat and humidity raise your fluid needs above what thirst alone signals. By the time you feel thirsty in Surabaya traffic, you are usually already behind. Keep a bottle at your desk and finish it twice before the afternoon.
Dark urine and an afternoon headache are ordinary signs you are behind. Neither is dramatic, and both are easy to miss on a busy day. Drinking more water costs less than any energy and endurance supplement on the site, and it works enough of the time that it belongs first.
If you work outdoors, add a third bottle rather than a stronger coffee. If you take medication that affects fluid balance, ask your doctor about your target instead of copying someone else's.
Two bottles before 3pm
Morning
One full bottle between waking and lunch. Start before the first coffee.
Afternoon
Refill at lunch and finish it before you leave the office or the site.
Evening
Drink with dinner. Ease off in the last hour so sleep is not interrupted.
Movement
Movement you will actually repeat
Three short sessions beat one heroic weekend effort. A twenty-minute walk after dinner, twice-weekly bodyweight work, and taking stairs instead of the lift add up over a month.
If you play football or run at weekends, add one easy session midweek so your body is not going from zero to full pace.
Walk after dinner
Twenty minutes, most evenings. An easy pace is enough; the point is showing up on a Tuesday, not racing.
Bodyweight twice weekly
Press-ups, squats, rows with a bag. Two sessions of fifteen minutes hold more than one long weekend push.
Take the stairs
Free movement inside a working day. Four floors up counts, and it costs you no extra time at all.
If you train hard, the energy and endurance page covers what to look for in a formula
Sleep, alcohol, stress
Recovery is the part most men skip
Sleep is not negotiable. Most adults function best on seven to eight hours. A fixed wake time matters more than a fixed bedtime, because it anchors the whole rhythm. Screens and caffeine both push sleep later; moving your last coffee to before 2pm is a common fix that costs nothing.
Alcohol and smoking slow recovery and reduce sleep quality, which is why they show up in nearly every conversation about low energy. Cutting back is more effective than adding products. No supplement offsets regular heavy drinking or smoking, and we will not pretend otherwise.
Stress and the working week are part of life in a big city. Long commutes and deadline weeks are ordinary here, and brief daily routines help: ten minutes without a screen, a proper lunch away from the desk, a walk between meetings. These are not cures for stress, but they keep the baseline steadier.
Where supplements fit into this
Once food, water, movement and rest are roughly in place, a daily vitamin and mineral formula is a reasonable addition, and a targeted formula is reasonable if you have a specific goal such as training. Take it at a fixed time, finish the pack before judging it, and stop anything that does not agree with you.
Men's vitamin supplements are not a replacement for a plate of rice, tempeh and greens, and they are not a fix for four hours of sleep. They are a modest addition at the end of a routine that already works. Natural capsules for strength and vitality describe what is in the pack and how it is taken, not a promise about results.
A one-week starting plan
Pick two changes and review them in seven days
One habit and one product. That is the whole plan. Habit options: a bottle of water finished by lunch, or a 20-minute walk after dinner. Product options: a basic daily formula, or an energy formula if you train. Review both after seven days, keep what you can sustain, and drop the rest without guilt.
The habit half
Choose the one you can repeat on a bad day. A water bottle at the desk is easier to keep than a gym plan, and it is the change most men notice first in a tropical week.
The product half
Start with one formula, not three. Read the label so you know what you are taking, take it at the same time daily, and check for overlapping ingredients if you add anything else.
Questions we hear
Straight answers before you buy
Ask the team in person at the Surabaya counter or by phone during working hours. For anything related to a diagnosed condition or prescription medication, your doctor makes the call, not us.
Energy and Endurance
Do I need supplements if I eat well?
Not necessarily. They cover gaps in intake and support specific goals. If your diet is varied and you feel well, there may be nothing to add.
Is it safe to take more than one product at once?
Check for overlapping ingredients, especially vitamins and minerals, and do not exceed the label directions. If you take medication, ask your doctor first.
How long before I judge whether something works?
Finish the pack before deciding. Judging any daily product after a few days tells you very little, and changing three things at once tells you nothing at all about which one helped.
I train most days. Does that change anything?
Higher activity usually means eating and drinking more, and recovery habits matter more rather than less. A targeted formula can suit a specific goal; it does not replace the four pillars above.
Next step
Keep the routine, then add the product
Browse the range, or come to the counter on Jl. Basuki Rahmat and ask what fits the week you actually live. We will talk through what is in a formula before suggesting anything, and we will say plainly when the honest answer is that you do not need a product yet.
